Our Research and Development (R&D) fee for such adjustments is $1,500, with a minimum order quantity of 1,200 units per formula. For these adjustments, our lead time can range from 5-8 weeks.
Comprehensive Custom Projects
If your vision involves more extensive changes, such as multiple alterations to an existing Sjolie product, reverse engineering another brand’s formula, or entirely creating your own formulation from scratch, we’ve got you covered. Our R&D fee for comprehensive custom projects is $2,500, with a minimum order quantity of 2,000+ units per formula. The specific quantity may vary depending on product batch sizes, fill quantities, and raw materials.

Cost Determination
Only upon the approval of your sample do we compile all material and labor costs associated with bringing your product to life. This comprehensive price includes ingredients, material expenses, production time, fees, and filling procedures, all meticulously considered.
Step 4
Product Ordering
With the groundwork laid, you can now begin purchasing your exclusive product based on the established Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and the price that has been crafted for your project. Once your order is placed, we’ll produce and ship the finalized batch to your facility, ready for seamless distribution.

Our R&D process includes up to three revisions, complete with samples for your evaluation. This collaborative approach enables us to refine your formula to perfection. Should you require further revisions beyond the initial three, each additional revision is available at a cost of $250.00 per SKU.
Data Collection & Raw Material Sourcing
Our R&D experts meticulously collect data and information to craft your desired product. We also undertake the vital task of sourcing the finest raw materials, ensuring the quality and integrity of your formula.
Quality Control & Product Testing
Quality is our utmost priority. The R&D process includes rigorous quality control and product testing to guarantee that your formula is set for success. We aim to deliver a product that not only aligns with your vision but also meets the highest industry standards.
Retail Partner Testing
In some cases, retail channels such as QVC may require additional testing beyond our standard procedures. If such testing and documentation are needed, the customer is responsible for obtaining the necessary certifications to meet the requirements of their chosen retail partner.
