Our commitment is to provide the highest quality customized sunless tanning product at an affordable price. Sjolie White Label is a manufacturer and supplier of private labeled sunless products. Our business-to-business platform sells only to professionals for reselling, we do not sell private-labeled brands direct to the consumer. By purchasing a product with Sjolie White Label, you are agreeing to adhere to these terms highlighted below.

Payment
Payments are accepted by debit card, credit card, or ACH withdrawal and are due 48-hours after the invoice date and required in full before the product is shipped.
Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges
- When a customer receives the wrong product than from what was purchased and reflected on the invoice.
- When products are determined to be defective after providing photo evidence and the items are returned and reviewed by a representative of Sjolie quality control. Defective is defined by manufacturing error. Refunds are not given for performance issues unless a recall has been announced.
- When the product received has been labeled with the wrong designs.
- Other circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
It is our policy to only approve return requests of unopened, unused items in “resalable” condition. An official Return Request must be submitted for consideration. The cost of returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
Some items and purchases are final sales and cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced. Sjolie Sunless is in no way responsible for reimbursement or replacement of the following:
- Physical Labels
- Custom Formulated products
- Custom Bottled products
- Bulk formulas

Duty Fees & Taxes
All international orders are subject to Duty Fees & Taxes distributed by a third party. Sjolie is in no way responsible for Duty Fees & Taxes associated with any orders of product and material to and from the Sjolie location.
Labels & Labeling Service
Labels purchased with Sjolie White Label are final sale. Labels do not qualify for refund or replacement in any way.
It is the responsibility of the client to track label quantities for replenishment purposes. The client should log each label purchase and quantity and the purchase date of product and quantities with each order. We recommend estimating 5 additional used labels for each purchase, per SKU, to account for damages during processing.
Package Protection Plan
There is a risk of lost packages during transit, but more often reported is damage. Sjolie White Label offers our Package Protection Plan for those who want added peace of mind and protection for their recent purchase.
Did you know, a package traveling coast to coast can be transferred to over 8 separate FedEx Hubs before delivery? That’s a lot of stops! Not to mention, the numerous people, trucks, & machines handling the package between each transfer up until delivery!
Sjolie ensures packages leave our facility in perfect condition by going through three stages of quality control before departure. This system helps us to check for any leaks, inconsistencies, proper security, and other imperfections before the courier takes responsibility for the order. Unfortunately, we cannot foresee how the couriers will treat each package while in their possession so we aim to prevent and reduce the possibility of damage in each order.
With the Package Protection Plan, you have the flexibility to choose which purchases need extra coverage. Package Protection can be added to any purchase at the time of your order request, it cannot be added once the product order is finalized. An additional fee will be added to your invoice and paid in full at the time of your purchase. The Package Protection Plan covers the cost of qualifying damage to the product, the labels, and up to 60% of lost parcels in the form of a refund to the original form of payment, issues Sjolie does not normally cover.
